As a Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our daily operations, assisting skilled tradespeople with various tasks on the job site. If you have a strong work ethic and a desire to build a career in the construction industry, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Transport materials to and from the job site using hand trucks, forklifts, or other heavy machinery.
- Assist with basic carpentry, framing, drywall installation, or concrete work under the supervision of foremen.
- Clean and prepare job sites, ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging, hauling, and debris removal.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills in skilled trades.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards is a plus.
