Responsibilities
- Perform general site preparation, including digging, hauling materials, and cleanup.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment (saw, drill, levels) safely.
- Load and unload trucks, ensuring materials are organized and protected.
- Strictly adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License (Preferred).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols.
