Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on construction sites, including loading and unloading materials.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks such as digging, pouring concrete, or carpentry support.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Transport materials to and from the job site as directed by the site supervisor.
- Follow verbal and written instructions to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Assist in site cleanup and preparation for the next phase of construction.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
