Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks on-site, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under the guidance of supervisors.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete pouring, framing, drywall installation, and site cleanup.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and project specifications.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area throughout the project duration.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not mandatory; on-the-job training is provided.
- Must be physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and working in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
