Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform general cleanup and maintenance of the construction site.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to ensure a safe work environment.
- Demolish structures and remove debris from sites.
- Assist in digging, pouring, and leveling concrete or other materials.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs) repeatedly throughout the day.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating materials.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Must pass a drug screen and background check.
- Team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethic.
