Responsibilities
- Perform various manual labor tasks on active construction sites.
- Load, unload, and stack building materials with precision.
- Operate power tools and assist with heavy machinery.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) as needed.
- Ensure the work site is clean, organized, and safe at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site protocols.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects consistently (up to 50+ lbs).
- Basic math skills for measuring and counting materials.
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job location.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
