Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Assist in clearing, digging, and preparing job sites for construction projects.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize building materials, tools, and equipment safely.
- Trade Assistance: Support carpenters, masons, and electricians by carrying supplies and performing basic setup tasks.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment (forklifts, skid steers) under supervision.
- Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times.
- Measurement: Assist in measuring and cutting materials to specifications.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in various weather conditions.
- Experience: Previous construction or landscaping experience is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
- Tools: Familiarity with basic hand tools (hammers, saws) is preferred.
- License: Valid Texas Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Attitude: Strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to safety.
