Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks on active construction sites under the supervision of skilled foremen.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment to and from the job site.
- Prepare sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and setting up temporary barriers.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools (e.g., saws, drills) safely and correctly.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Assist in concrete pouring, framing, roofing, or drywall installation as directed.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift heavy loads (50+ lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety practices is preferred but on-the-job training is provided.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- Must possess a valid ID and be eligible to work in the United States.
- Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
