Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials to job sites efficiently.
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools under the supervision of skilled operators.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, ensuring compliance with OSHA safety regulations.
- Perform general site preparation, excavation, and debris removal.
- Follow written and verbal instructions to complete daily tasks accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Willingness to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
