Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of construction sites.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Perform basic carpentry, concrete work, or site preparation tasks as directed.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to ensure a secure working environment.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
- Move heavy materials and perform physical labor in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions from site supervisors.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
