Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation and cleanup
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Operate basic tools under supervision (e.g., shovels, saws)
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and guidelines
- Support demolition, excavation, and framing tasks
- Transport debris and waste to designated areas
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
