Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup, cleanup, and maintenance of construction sites.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or pallet jacks.
- Operate basic power tools and equipment under direct supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and cleaning debris.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project goals are met.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions and physical environments.
- Ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong work ethic and reliability are essential.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred but not required.
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
