Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from trucks and construction sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general site preparation.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Maintain a clean and safe job site by following all safety protocols and regulations.
- Perform general labor duties such as digging, trenching, and lifting.
- Follow instructions from foremen and supervisors to ensure project deadlines are met.
Qualifications
- No experience required – we will train the right candidates.
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor in various weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project needs arise.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
