Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with various tasks on-site.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery under strict supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and hazards.
- Perform basic measurements and calculations as directed by the site supervisor.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow detailed instructions.
- Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site is required.
