Responsibilities
- Load and unload building materials from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, removing debris and hazards.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment safely.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and hauling.
- Communicate effectively with the foreman and team members.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required—just a great attitude.
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor for extended shifts.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation is a plus.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
