Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including framing, drywall hanging, and general cleanup.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards at all times.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies strictly.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
- Signal operators of heavy machinery to ensure safe operation during loading and unloading.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid Driver's License preferred but not mandatory.
- High school diploma or GED is a plus.
