Responsibilities
- Assist with various construction tasks, including digging, lifting, and hauling materials.
- Operate hand tools and basic power equipment under supervision.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and safe according to OSHA standards.
- Unload and stack lumber, bricks, and other building supplies.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from project managers and foremen.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work effectively within a team environment.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Valid government-issued ID or driver's license.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills are a plus.
