Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting materials (up to 50 lbs), and operating hand/power tools
- Assist skilled tradespeople with site preparation, demolition, and cleanup
- Maintain safety standards and follow OSHA guidelines on all projects
- Read basic blueprints and interpret construction instructions
- Operate light machinery like jackhammers and concrete saws
- Assist in erecting scaffolding and temporary structures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Basic tool knowledge preferred but not required
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
