Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (backhoes, forklifts) with proper certifications
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Assist carpenters, electricians, and other trades with project requirements
- Read blueprints and technical drawings for accurate implementation
- Manage inventory and transport materials to designated locations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites
