Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and site preparation tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts and excavators under supervision
- Maintain strict safety protocols and OSHA compliance standards
- Load/unload construction materials and organize job site efficiently
- Perform trenching, demolition, and finishing work as assigned
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided if needed)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment operation skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Colorado Springs
