Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor including site preparation, excavation, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and effectively under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks like concrete pouring, framing, and finishing
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety standards
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and instructions
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of construction or physical labor experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety protocols
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Availability for early morning starts (5:00 AM - 6:00 AM)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality essential
