The Role
As a Construction Laborer, you will be the backbone of our operations. You will assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks to ensure our projects are completed safely and on time.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials at the job site.
- Assist with site preparation, including digging, clearing, and leveling.
- Operate basic tools and equipment such as drills, saws, and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations.
- Help with concrete pouring, framing, or painting under supervision.
- Lift and carry heavy objects up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Physically fit with the ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Basic math skills for measuring and estimating.
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety protocols strictly.
- Steel-toed boots and safety glasses are required on site.
