Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor tasks including excavation, demolition, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate hand tools and basic machinery under supervisor guidance
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Assist skilled trades with material transport and equipment setup
- Read and interpret basic construction plans and project specifications

Qualifications
