Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
- Operate power tools, including saws, drills, and compressors.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians) with daily tasks.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to OSHA standards.
- Excavate, dig, and prepare sites for foundations and structures.
- Perform general cleanup duties at the end of each shift.
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physically able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures is a plus.
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.
