Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, apparatus, and code-compliant wiring in commercial and residential properties.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical instructions to ensure accurate installation.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum safety.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure systems are up to code and functioning efficiently.
- Collaborate with project managers and other tradespeople to deliver high-quality results on schedule.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA and local safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician license in the State of Florida.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in residential and commercial electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local building codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team under varying weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
