Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and general cleanup.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site.
- Measure, cut, and shape materials according to blueprints and specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations.
- Perform physical labor including digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly and working in all weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety protocols (OSHA 10 preferred but not required).
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well within a team environment.
