Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, carpenters) with daily tasks.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and distribute them to job sites efficiently.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools safely and correctly.
- Prepare construction sites by cleaning debris and setting up work areas.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and site-specific protocols at all times.
- Perform basic measurements and cut materials to size as directed.
- Ensure work areas are kept clean and organized after daily tasks.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods on concrete.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required.
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal instructions clearly.
- Previous construction experience is a plus but not mandatory for the right attitude.
