Responsibilities
- Assist in the construction, renovation, and maintenance of residential and commercial structures.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials and equipment to and from job sites.
- Perform site preparation tasks, including digging, debris removal, and cleaning.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under the supervision of a foreman.
- Follow all OSHA safety protocols and site-specific safety regulations strictly.
- Support skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure site safety.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Basic understanding of construction safety is a plus but not required.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
