Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site tasks, including carpentry, masonry, and concrete work.
- Mix concrete, mortar, and other materials to required consistency.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and organize job sites.
- Follow all safety protocols and site regulations to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics.
- Perform physical labor for extended periods in various weather conditions.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly and stand for long durations.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as project demands require.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team.
