Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and pipe bursts.
- Install, repair, and maintain water heaters, pumps, and drainage systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout of water supply, drain, and venting systems.
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate clearly with customers to explain issues and provide estimates.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on plumbing systems.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Plumber license required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial plumbing.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical schematics.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy equipment and work in various conditions.
