Responsibilities
- Execute complex residential and commercial plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine optimal pipe layouts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing system failures efficiently.
- Ensure all installations and repairs strictly adhere to local, state, and national building codes.
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining technical issues clearly and professionally.
- Lead and mentor junior staff and apprentices on-site.
- Maintain accurate records of time, materials, and job progress.
Qualifications
- Certified Journeyman or Master Plumber license (State of Ohio) required.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial plumbing.
- Strong working knowledge of piping systems, fixtures, water heaters, and backflow prevention.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and work in confined spaces or at heights.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
