Responsibilities
- Assist carpenters and skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills, etc.)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per safety protocols
- Perform demolition, excavation, and basic concrete work
- Follow blueprints and supervisor instructions precisely
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ lbs and perform manual labor
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Indianapolis
- Basic safety training or willingness to obtain certification
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Valid state ID required
- Team player with positive attitude
