Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation, excavation, and general labor tasks.
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or dollies.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe work environment.
- Clean and organize work areas, including debris removal and site sweeping.
- Perform basic carpentry, drywall hanging, or painting as directed.
- Communicate effectively with foremen and team members to ensure project efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
- Experience in construction labor is a plus, but we provide training for qualified candidates.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
