Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation including excavation, grading, and trenching
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist in material handling, loading/unloading trucks
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Collaborate with skilled trades on multi-phase projects
- Complete daily equipment maintenance checks
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Previous construction experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including overtime
