Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain heavy construction equipment and power tools safely.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Load, unload, and distribute construction materials to job sites efficiently.
- Perform general site cleanup, excavation, and preparation duties.
- Assist skilled tradesmen (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with daily tasks.
- Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Follow all company protocols and maintain a positive team environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy loads (up to 50 lbs) and work in various weather conditions.
- Experience in general labor or construction preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Basic math skills for measuring and material estimation.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
