Responsibilities
- Site Preparation: Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up barriers.
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize building materials efficiently.
- Assistance: Assist carpenters, electricians, and other trades with daily tasks.
- Equipment Operation: Operate basic construction equipment such as forklifts, jackhammers, and generators safely.
- Cleaning: Maintain a clean and safe job site by sweeping and removing waste.
- Measurements: Measure and cut materials to required specifications.
- Documentation: Report any safety hazards or equipment issues to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to the Phoenix, PA job site.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
