Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks including loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials to job sites.
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under supervision to assist with building projects.
- Follow all site safety regulations and OSHA guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (electricians, plumbers, etc.) with on-site duties as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, including debris removal and sweeping.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project specifications.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety is a plus but not required.
