Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stack construction materials and equipment on job sites.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with daily tasks and measurements.
- Operate basic construction tools and machinery (e.g., forklifts, saws) under strict supervision.
- Perform site preparation tasks, including digging, leveling, and concrete finishing.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in full compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Transport tools and supplies between job sites efficiently.
- Perform minor repairs and cleanup duties as directed by the Site Supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly and working on your feet for 8+ hours.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols and equipment usage.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions from senior crew members.
