Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, fixtures, and control equipment in residential and commercial settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical diagrams to determine the layout of wiring and equipment.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure systems are functioning safely and efficiently.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical faults and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and project managers regarding job progress and requirements.
- Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to 5S workplace standards.
Qualifications
- Valid Journeyman or Master Electrician License required.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in commercial and residential electrical work.
- Strong knowledge of electrical theory, circuitry, and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License.
- Current OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus.
