Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or other heavy equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks on the job site.
- Operate power tools and construction machinery safely and efficiently.
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and free of debris to ensure safety compliance.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform basic measurements and assist with site preparation.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including heavy lifting (up to 50+ lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
