Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Site Preparation: Clean work areas, dig trenches, and prepare sites for foundation or framing.
- Tool Operation: Operate basic hand and power tools under the supervision of skilled tradespeople.
- Assistance: Assist carpenters, electricians, and other specialists with various tasks as needed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Quality Control: Help ensure that work is completed to the highest standard of quality.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Reliability: Must have a strong work ethic and be punctual for all shifts.
- Communication: Basic ability to follow verbal and written instructions clearly.
- Availability: Flexible schedule with willingness to work overtime, weekends, and in various weather conditions.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable personal transportation.
