Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties on active construction sites, including loading, unloading, and transporting materials to and from the job site.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools (hammers, drills, saws) safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks and project requirements.
- Signal equipment operators to facilitate the alignment and movement of materials and equipment.
- Fill holes, dig ditches, and perform other site preparation duties as required.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols and the willingness to wear PPE at all times.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and heights.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred).
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
