Responsibilities
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently.
- Assist skilled craftsmen with framing, drywall, and finishing tasks.
- Read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
- Ensure job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety standards.
- Transport materials and supplies to and from work areas.
- Perform accurate measurements and cuts for materials.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Basic understanding of construction safety protocols.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
