As a Laborer, you will play a vital role in our daily operations, working alongside experienced professionals who are eager to mentor you.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Operate basic construction equipment and power tools under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times.
- Dig trenches, set forms, and prepare surfaces for concrete pouring.
- Perform basic site cleanup and waste removal.
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physical labor for extended periods, including lifting heavy objects (up to 50+ lbs).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions (hot, cold, rain).
- Basic math skills for measuring and cutting materials.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred but not strictly required for entry-level).
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
