Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, masons) with daily tasks.
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools.
- Operate basic heavy machinery (skid steers, forklifts) under supervision.
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Perform basic measurements, cutting, and preparation of materials.
- Support excavation and concrete finishing tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Ability to perform physical labor for long periods outdoors.
- Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Basic reading and math skills.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to job sites.
