Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including digging, lifting, and hauling construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, and masons) with daily operations.
- Operate light construction equipment and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in strict compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, diagrams, and safety plans.
- Load and unload materials from trucks and deliver them to designated work areas.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed at all times to prevent accidents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation are required.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods in outdoor weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards and OSHA regulations.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) frequently.
- Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions from supervisors.
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and reliability.
