Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Operate hand tools (hammers, saws, drills) and basic machinery under supervision
- Follow construction plans and verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to ensure safety and compliance
- Support skilled tradespeople with material handling and task completion
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
