Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily site operations, including material handling and tool preparation.
- Unload, organize, and store construction materials in a safe and efficient manner.
- Operate basic construction tools and equipment under the supervision of a foreman.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site by removing debris and following cleanup protocols.
- Perform basic site preparation tasks, such as excavation, leveling, and concrete finishing support.
- Follow all verbal and written instructions to ensure project specifications are met.
Qualifications
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards and the willingness to wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site in Raleigh and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adhere to a project schedule.
- Previous experience in general labor, landscaping, or construction is a plus but not required.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work well within a team.
