Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with construction tasks and site preparation
- Safely load/unload materials and operate basic hand/power tools
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following safety protocols
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and material transport
- Support concrete work, demolition, and framing under supervision
- Adhere to OSHA safety standards and company guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines
- Report equipment issues and maintenance needs promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Valid driver's license with clean record (required)
