Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including debris removal, material handling, and ground clearing
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely

- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet safety standards
- Support skilled trades with foundational tasks (concrete pouring, framing support)
- Participate in daily safety briefings and adhere to OSHA guidelines
Qualifications
